Staff are amazing with their recommendations. The broccolini is very good. Tacos are their signature dishes and the fried fish or the pork belly are the ones to try. The corn with the cheese bread is very good too. Overall food is great and at a very good value. Would definitely be back to try other items in the menu.
Had a great dinner here, all the dishes were on point, cocktails were great. Service was excellent and they even gave us a free slice of churros cake as I was celebrating my boyfriend's birthday :)
I used my amex love dining promo and they were also kind enough to remind us halfway through that we needed to order specifically two mains (which we hadn't) to use the promo, so that was nice too.
We went on a Thursday evening and it wasn't crowded and noisy so that was great too.
Was there to try out Amex Love Dining privilege… unfortunately a lot of restrictions eg no beef tacos nor rib eye steak 😢
Had the pork tacos, octopus ….both yummy. Chicken main course was a tad dry. Desserts : just get the churros as you can’t go wrong.
Kudos that they do serve tap/warm water.
Vibrant place with friendly staff. Its a casual dining bar vibe restaurant with not so casual pricing.
Food was not as great. Some hit n missed dishes.
Truffle fish tasted like soy sauce fish though it was cooked well and tender.
Pork tomahawk was tough to cut and chew. Appetisers were generally fried dishes.
Cocktails sounded fancy but not cheap. It’s very much like a touristy price point. You can decide on your own as their menu can be found on their website.
Love the new menu! Started off with the ceviche which was very appetizing and fresh - everything about it was delish. Pork belly tacos were ok - but I guess you cant really go wrong with tacos. Got the steak and squid rice for the mains. Steak was done very well and accompanied with a range of sauces. The charcoal grilled aroma was strong too. Squid rice on the other hand was abit of a letdown. Not salty / flavourful enough, and rice was on the dry side (not like the usual paella style which I expected). Churros to end off a great meal - served warm and toasty.
Prices may be on the steeper end - but with AMEX it’s definitely worth a try. Service was great too :) signal here isn’t the best but there’s free wifi password at the counter. Will visit again soon to try the rest of the revamped menu.
The pao de queijo was truly the star of the show here, it was so chewy and fragrant and had an amazing bite to it. It went perfectly with the basil butter. Our lovely server still brought out caramel for us to try dipping it in and the sweet savoury combination was simply to die for. The tacos were not mind blowingly amazing but still decently yummy. I would return just for the pao (maybe next time I’ll come back, order 3 for myself and call it a meal HAHA)
Attended a product launch here and the experience was great. Love the tasteful ambience. The canapes served were absolutely yummy too; the BBQ chicken skewers were superb. Will certainly return here soon with friends to enjoy the cuisine and drinks.
